You can pick up the products at the company. but must inform 1 day in advance.

Pay via Bank application is available only at Thai Pure Device Mobile App.

06 : Cash on delivery?

No cash on delivery service.

08 : In which cases can I change/ return/ refund my order?

the products guaranteed by the manufacturer, customers must directly claim them from the manufacturer following their warranty’s policy. Products that their number, tag or code have been removed. The product has any adjustments within the warranty period regarding the product category (7 days )

The company reserves the right to not accept the request to exchange, claim or return any products after 7 days from the date of receiving it.
